General terms and conditions of use of the Crystal Pro Jewellery online store
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Kristal Pro EOOD , hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant", on the one hand, and the Users of the website and the services located on the website https://crystalpro.bg , hereinafter referred to as "Users", on the other.

Please read the published General Terms and Conditions in full before using the information and commercial services offered on the Site. Confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions is a necessary and mandatory condition for the conclusion of a contract between the User and the Merchant.
By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to have his personal data processed by the Merchant on the basis of the concluded contract.
Definitions
- Website – https://crystalpro.bg and all its subpages.
- User – any individual who uses the services and/or acquires goods from the site for purposes other than commercial or professional activity.
- Goods – a movable property that is the subject of a contract for sale through the site.
- General terms and conditions – this document, including all annexes, forms, payment, delivery, return policies and other legally significant terms.
- Contract of sale – a distance contract concluded between the Merchant and the User through the Site interface.
Services
Users have the opportunity through the site to conclude contracts for the purchase and sale of goods remotely, under the conditions described here.
Order and contract
The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Merchant via email. In case of unavailability, the Merchant reserves the right to refuse the order.
Prices and payment
The prices on the site are final and include VAT. Payments are made by cash on delivery or card. The merchant is not responsible for problems with third-party payment service providers.
Right of withdrawal and return
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The return is at the expense of the consumer. The goods must be in commercial condition and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Complaints
The consumer has the right to make a complaint in case of non-compliance of the delivered goods with the concluded contract. The complaint is submitted within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
Personal data protection
Data is processed in accordance with current legislation and the Privacy Policy published on the site.
Disputes
Disputes between the parties shall be resolved by mutual agreement. In the absence of such an agreement, before the competent court or through alternative consumer dispute resolution (ADR).
