Return policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act , you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days without giving a reason.
Return conditions:

The product must be in its original condition , unused and without traces of use.

Be in its original packaging , with labels and accessories (if any)

Provide proof of purchase – email, receipt, or e-note
If the returned product meets the conditions, we will refund the amount you paid within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Products that cannot be returned:
According to the Civil Code, the following are not subject to return:

How to make a withdrawal:

Send the product no later than 14 days after notification
You can use a standard cancellation form from the CPC website, call us personally at the indicated phone number or simply send us a free text with your wish to return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days .
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.
