Return Policy
In accordance with Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.
Conditions for return
- The product is unused, in original condition and without signs of wear.
- In original packaging, with labels and all included accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase — cash receipt.
Products that cannot be returned
According to the CPA, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalized products — e.g. engraved jewelry
- Sale or discounted items
How to make a cancellation
- Send an email to crystalpro.office@gmail.com with your order number and return request or contact us at 089 551 87 45
- You can use the standard cancellation form from the CPA website, call the indicated phone number, or simply send us a free-form text
- Send the product no later than 14 days after receiving the product

Return costs
The costs for return delivery to us are at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.
For orders received with free delivery, the actual courier cost (both ways) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Defective or wrong product
If you receive jewelry with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt — send photos to crystalpro.office@gmail.com. In such a case, all costs for replacement or return are at our expense.
Refunds
After receiving and reviewing the returned product, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 calendar days, by bank transfer.
Please note that the bank or payment provider may require additional time for accounting.
If more than 15 days have passed since confirmation and you have not received the funds — contact us at crystalpro.office@gmail.com.
