Return Policy
In accordance with Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Return Conditions
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and shows no signs of wear.
- In the original packaging, with labels and all included accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase — a receipt or the email order confirmation.
Non-returnable products
Pursuant to Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, personalized products made to your order, such as engraved jewelry, cannot be returned.
How to initiate a cancellation
- Fill out the return form (takes 2 minutes): order number, items, reason, and for cash-on-delivery orders — an IBAN for the refund. Immediately after submission, you will see the address and steps. If you prefer, email us at info@crystalpro.bg or call 089 551 87 45.
- You can also use the standard cancellation form from the Consumer Protection Commission website or provide your own text.
- Send the product no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the cancellation, with the order number on the package.

Return costs
The cost of return shipping to us is at your expense. We will refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs if you paid them.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive jewelry with a manufacturing defect or different from what was ordered, write to us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) with photos at info@crystalpro.bg — all costs for replacement or return are at our expense. We are liable for any non-conformity of the jewelry with the contract for up to 2 years after delivery.
Refunds
The amount is refunded within 14 days from the day you notify us of the cancellation (e.g., via the return form) — to the card used for payment or to the provided IBAN for cash-on-delivery orders. We may withhold the refund until we have received the jewelry or proof that it has been sent.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
