Order processing time:
- Orders placed by 4 p.m. are processed on the same day, the rest on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first business day. Delivery time:
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on the location and courier workload.

International Shipping: We currently ship only within Bulgaria. For international orders, please contact us.

Courier services:
We work with Speedy – you can choose delivery to an office or to an address. You will receive an SMS with information about the waybill and tracking the shipment.

 Shipping cost:
Speedy- To office - 5.50lv. Speedy- To address - 6.90lv.

Free shipping on orders over 100 BGN.

   Packaging and security:
All jewelry is shipped with carefully packaged boxes and protective wrapping.

Undelivered orders / wrong address:
Please make sure you provide a correct address and phone number. If the shipment is returned to us as "undeliverable", we will contact you to resend (with an additional shipping fee).
