Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Crystal Pro Jewellery. Below you will find everything you need to know about the delivery of your order.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 4:00 PM on a business day are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, as well as those placed on a weekend or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time and Cost

You can choose between BOX NOW locker, Speedy (to an office or address), and Econt (to an office). The nearest locations are suggested automatically during checkout.

Important for BOX NOW: how to pay

Cash or card payments are not accepted at the BOX NOW locker. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment must be made online via bank card using the link sent by BOX NOW via SMS/email when the package arrives at the locker — once payment is completed, you will receive a code to open the locker. If you do not have a card for online payment, please choose delivery to a Speedy or Econt office — cash payment is available there. If you have already paid by card at checkout, simply retrieve the package using the code from the SMS.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days after shipping, depending on the location and courier workload.

Tracking your package

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS or email from the courier with the tracking number and a link for real-time tracking.

Packaging

Each piece of jewellery is shipped in a gift box with careful protective wrapping — ready to be gifted the moment you receive it.

International Delivery

Currently, we only deliver within Bulgaria. For orders from another country, please contact us at the provided email address, and we will find a solution together.

Undelivered orders and incorrect address

Please ensure you have entered a correct address and phone number when ordering. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us as "unclaimed," we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping. The costs for a second delivery are at your expense.

Right of cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Conditions:

• The jewellery is unworn, in its original condition and packaging
• With proof of purchase (receipt or order email)

Return costs:

• The cost of return shipping to us is at your expense
• We will refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery if you have paid for it

The amount is refunded within 14 days from the day you notify us of the cancellation (e.g., via the return form) — to the card you paid with, or via bank transfer (IBAN) for cash-on-delivery orders. We may withhold the refund until we have received the jewellery or proof that it has been sent back.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive jewellery with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, write to us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with photos at info@crystalpro.bg — all costs for replacement or return are at our expense. We are responsible for any non-conformity of the jewellery with the contract for up to 2 years after delivery.
