Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Crystal Pro Jewellery. Below you will find everything you need to know about the delivery of your order.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 4:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, as well as those made on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email after dispatch.

Delivery Time and Price

We work with the courier company Speedy — you can choose delivery to an office or to an address of your choice.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on the populated area and courier workload.

For orders with free shipping, in case of returned goods, the actual courier cost (both ways) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Tracking Your Shipment

After dispatch, you will receive an SMS from Speedy with a waybill number and a real-time tracking link.

Packaging

Each piece of jewelry is sent in a special box with careful protective wrapping — ready for gifting from the moment you receive it.

International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Bulgaria. For orders from another country — contact us at the specified email, and we will find a solution together.

Undelivered Orders and Incorrect Address

Please ensure you enter a correct address and phone number when placing your order. If the shipment cannot be delivered and returns to us as "unclaimed", we will contact you for redelivery. The costs for a second delivery are at your expense.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, in accordance with Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Conditions:

• The jewelry is unworn, in its original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by the cash receipt

Costs for returns:

• The return delivery to us is at your expense
• For orders with free shipping, the actual courier cost (to and from) will be deducted from the refunded amount

The money will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the goods by bank transfer.

Defective or Wrong Goods

If you receive jewelry with a manufacturing defect or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt — send photos to the specified email. In such a case, all costs for replacement or return are at our expense.
