Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Crystal Pro Jewellery. Below you will find everything you need to know about the delivery of your order.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 4:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, as well as those placed on a weekend or public holiday, are processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Time and Cost

We work with the courier company Speedy — you can choose delivery to an office or to an address of your choice.

Delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on the populated area and courier workload.

For orders with free delivery, in case of returned goods, the actual courier cost (both ways) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Tracking Your Shipment

After dispatch, you will receive an SMS from Speedy with a waybill number and a real-time tracking link.

Packaging

Each piece of jewelry is sent in a special box with careful protective wrapping — ready for gifting from the moment you receive it.

International Delivery

Currently, we only deliver within Bulgaria. For orders from another country — contact us at the email provided and we will find a solution together.

Undelivered Orders and Incorrect Address

Please ensure you enter a correct address and phone number when ordering. If the shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us as "unclaimed," we will contact you for redelivery. The cost of a second delivery will be at your expense.

Right of Withdrawal and Return

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, in accordance with Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Conditions:

• The jewelry is unworn, in original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by the cash receipt

Return Costs:

• The return delivery to us is at your expense
• For orders with free delivery, the actual courier cost (to and from) will be deducted from the refunded amount

Money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods by bank transfer.

Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a piece of jewelry with a manufacturing defect or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt — send photos to the email provided. In such a case, all exchange or return costs are at our expense.
